Apex Magnets Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Apex Magnets shoppers should expect quantity-tier pricing and a promotional discount to be evaluated separately, with no guarantee that both reductions apply to the same items. Apex Magnets displays built-in quantity pricing on certain product pages, including progressively lower prices for larger orders, so a checkout discount may be limited to products that are not already receiving tiered pricing.

If the promotion is rejected, checkout may display a generic invalid, ineligible, or "discount cannot be applied" message. To troubleshoot:

1. Remove the promotional code and confirm the quantity-based price appears.
2. Reduce the quantity below the tier threshold and test the promotion again.
3. Check whether clearance or already-discounted products are excluded.
4. If the order is large, request a quote from Apex Magnets, since business and institutional orders may be handled through direct ordering rather than standard checkout.

Apex Magnets does not publish a universal stacking rule in the available policy material, so treat quantity pricing as potentially non-stackable unless the promotion's terms or customer service confirms otherwise.

A rejected Apex Magnets promotion usually indicates that the offer excludes one or more products, categories, clearance items, or products already carrying a reduced price. This matters because Apex Magnets sells many magnet shapes, sizes, grades, and pack configurations, while its discount-and-clearance section separately identifies products with special pricing.

The product's magnet grade alone may not be the issue. Test the order in this sequence:

1. Remove clearance items and products showing a special or reduced price.
2. Test one standard in-stock product at a time.
3. Compare individual products with multipacks or unusually large magnets.
4. Review the promotion's exclusions and minimum-spend requirements.
5. If only a particular grade or product family fails, contact Apex Magnets with the SKU and the exact checkout error.

For unusually large or specialized products, Apex Magnets may use separate ordering or quoting procedures. Its catalog identifies some products for business or institutional buyers, and custom magnets follow separate quote, minimum-order, deposit, and production rules.

Apex Magnets appears to rely on a mix of product-level markdowns, quantity-tier pricing, event-based promotions, and shipping-related offers rather than one uniform discount structure. The catalog includes automatic lower prices at higher quantities, while the discount-and-clearance area uses reduced product prices instead of requiring a checkout code.

Common offer categories shoppers may encounter include:

• Percentage or fixed-amount discounts with product or category exclusions.
• Quantity-based savings that activate automatically at specified order levels.
• Clearance pricing on selected magnet shapes, sizes, or grades.
• Shipping incentives tied to order value or destination.
• Quote-based pricing for custom, business, or institutional orders.

Apex Magnets's custom orders have separate minimums, deposits, and production timelines, so a standard retail promotion should not be assumed to apply to a custom quote. Public promotion availability can change, and private or targeted offers may not appear in the public checkout flow.

Apex Magnets advertises free shipping for qualifying U.S. orders above its stated order-value threshold, so shoppers generally do not need a separate shipping code when the cart qualifies. Heavy or oversized magnets can still require shipping review because carrier rates, packaging, destination, and service level affect fulfillment.

Apex Magnets allows qualifying U.S. orders to select free shipping at checkout, while live USPS and UPS rates appear for other services. Strong and large magnets require shielding or an air gap during shipment, including when transported by air.

If free shipping does not appear:

1. Confirm the shipping destination is within the eligible U.S. service area.
2. Check that the merchandise subtotal meets the published threshold before tax and shipping.
3. Remove excluded products or custom-order items if the promotion's terms identify them.
4. Compare the free option with expedited services, which may remain chargeable.
5. Contact Apex Magnets before ordering if a very large magnet requires special carrier handling.

Custom magnets are quoted separately and have their own minimum-order, deposit, and production requirements, so free shipping from the standard retail checkout should not automatically be assumed for those orders.
