ECI Development Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

ECI Development's publicly surfaced handbook promotion is product-specific and percentage-based, applying to selected destination handbooks rather than properties generally. Public listings describe a sizable percentage-off offer on destination handbooks, while ECI Development's property business uses referral commissions and financing-related arrangements rather than a standard retail discount structure.

ECI Development publishes country handbooks as travel and investment guides, including a 100-page Costa Rica handbook and an El Salvador guide. That makes handbook promotions distinct from property incentives. For real-estate purchases, available materials describe realtor referral commissions of up to 3% on qualifying property closings and broader partner-program compensation in the 2% to 5% range, which are not the same as buyer-facing price reductions.

Because public listings can change, verify whether a handbook promotion applies to the exact destination, whether sale-priced titles are excluded, and whether the offer has an expiration date before checkout.

For an ECI Development handbook purchase, apply the discount during checkout in the promo or discount-code field, then confirm that the reduced total appears before payment. Public offer instructions describe copying the qualifying offer, adding the handbook to the cart, entering the code at checkout, and checking the savings before completing the order.

1. Select the eligible ECI Development destination handbook.
2. Add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter the discount in the field labeled "promo code," "discount code," or similar.
4. Select Apply and wait for the order total to refresh.
5. Confirm that the handbook discount appears before paying.

If the field is missing, the purchase may be handled as a property inquiry rather than a handbook checkout, or the promotion may be restricted to a specific product page. If the field appears but the price does not change, recheck the offer's destination, expiration date, and eligibility terms.

An ECI Development handbook discount may fail when the title is already reduced, the offer applies only to selected destinations, or multiple discounted items fall outside the promotion's terms. Public offer listings indicate that discount promotions can exclude sale items and commonly allow only one discount source per order.

An error may appear as "invalid code," "not applicable to this product," "promotion cannot be combined," or the cart total may simply remain unchanged. To resolve it:

1. Remove other promotional adjustments and test the offer on one eligible handbook.
2. Confirm that the destination handbook matches the promotion.
3. Test the discount before adding other reduced-price titles.
4. Check whether the offer has expired or is limited to a particular product category.
5. Contact ECI Development if a qualifying single-title cart still rejects the offer.

A successful code test on one full-price eligible handbook does not establish that the same discount applies to bundled, sale-priced, or multiple-title carts.

Do not assume that ECI Development promotions stack. Public offer terms generally describe one discount code per order, and a third-party cashback listing suggests cashback may be calculated after discounts, but that does not prove that every ECI Development promotion can be combined.

To test stacking:

1. Apply the handbook discount to an otherwise eligible item.
2. Check whether the sale price remains visible after the discount is applied.
3. Review the cashback provider's qualifying-purchase terms separately.
4. Confirm that cashback tracks after the final discounted total and excludes fees or other nonqualifying charges.
5. Keep the order only if both the checkout reduction and cashback status are clearly recorded.

For ECI Development property transactions, referral commissions are partner compensation, not a normal checkout discount, so they should not be treated as stackable buyer promotions.

Public evidence is too limited to establish a reliable ECI Development promotion schedule or to confirm that offers follow seasonal travel-planning periods. The available promotion evidence is tied to destination handbooks, so promotions appear more likely to be product- or destination-specific than automatically applicable across ECI Development properties.

ECI Development's handbook catalog covers individual countries, including Costa Rica and El Salvador, which creates a clear destination-level structure for offers. However, the available listings do not document a recurring release day, fixed seasonal calendar, or consistent promotion frequency.

Before relying on a promotion, check the listed end date, eligible destination, and whether the offer applies to handbooks only. Property incentives should be verified separately with ECI Development or the relevant realtor because referral commissions and property financing arrangements follow a different sales process.

ECI Development's clearest documented non-code incentives are its realtor referral network, partner commissions, property financing availability, and rental-management offering. The available materials do not sufficiently substantiate a general buyer referral discount, early-buyer price reduction, or universal financing-linked promotion.

The International Realtor Referral Network describes commissions of up to 3% on qualifying property closing prices and provides registered partners with referral links and marketing resources. A separate ECI Development partner manual describes referral compensation in the 2% to 5% range, plus lead registration and support materials such as country handbooks, webinars, and property-tour invitations.

These programs appear designed for referral partners rather than direct checkout savings for buyers. Financing is mentioned in a third-party ECI Development profile, but its availability, rates, eligibility, and promotional terms should be confirmed for the specific property and market.
