Gini London Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Sale and already-discounted Gini London products are generally presented under separate promotional pricing, and Gini London does not publish a complete, permanent list of promo-code exclusions. Treat sale dresses, reduced-price styles, and event-priced collections as potentially excluded until the checkout accepts the discount.

Gini London's sale pages display products with crossed-out original prices and reduced current prices, including dresses, outerwear, and occasionwear. A code may fail when the basket contains one of these reduced items, when the promotion is limited to full-price products, or when a seasonal campaign has separate terms. The exact checkout message can vary, so an error such as "This discount code isn't valid for the items in your cart" should be treated as an eligibility restriction rather than proof that the code itself is expired.

To troubleshoot, remove sale items temporarily, test the code against one full-price product, and then add eligible products back individually. Gini London's terms also state that delivery charges are displayed at checkout, so a product discount should not be assumed to reduce shipping costs.

Gini London does not clearly publish a universal stacking rule, so separate discount offers should be assumed not to combine unless checkout accepts them together. This is especially relevant when combining a newsletter offer, an identity-verified discount, and a sale price.

Gini London's keyworker page describes verified discounts as a specific discount code applied at checkout, while separately promoting a first-order newsletter offer. Because each offer has its own eligibility path, entering multiple codes can produce messages such as "Discount code cannot be combined with other offers" or "Only one discount code may be used per order."

Use this sequence:

1. Start with the single offer that provides the greatest applicable saving.
2. Remove any automatically applied sale or campaign discount if the checkout allows it.
3. Test the second offer separately rather than pasting both codes together.
4. Keep the code that validates and produces the better final total.

A failed stacking attempt does not necessarily mean either offer is invalid. It may simply mean the promotions are mutually exclusive.

Gini London's newsletter offer is described as a first-order discount, so the resulting code may fail if the shopper has ordered previously, the email address has already received the offer, or the basket contains excluded promotional items. Signing up alone does not guarantee that every checkout will qualify.

Common failure messages include "This offer is for new customers only," "This discount has already been used," or "This code cannot be applied to the items in your cart." Gini London also displays reduced-price sale products, which can create an eligibility conflict with a first-order offer.

To resolve the issue:

1. Confirm that the code was issued to the same email address used at checkout.
2. Remove sale and already-discounted items, then test one full-price product.
3. Check that the basket meets any minimum-spend or product restrictions shown in the email.
4. Avoid combining the newsletter offer with another discount.
5. If the address has been used for a previous purchase, contact Gini London support rather than creating duplicate accounts.

Gini London describes the offer as a first-order discount, so it should be treated as a new-customer promotion rather than a general sitewide discount.

Gini London's keyworker page specifically describes verification for NHS staff and Blue Light Card holders, followed by a discount code that can be applied at checkout. The same page references charity workers and teachers, but the available wording does not establish identical verification steps or eligibility for every group.

For NHS and Blue Light Card shoppers, the process is:

1. Open Gini London's keyworker discount information.
2. Select the relevant verification route.
3. Complete the requested identity or membership check.
4. Retrieve the discount code issued after verification.
5. Apply it at checkout without combining it with another offer.

A code can still fail if verification was incomplete, the offer has expired, the account is not eligible, or the basket contains excluded sale merchandise. Gini London's page also separately advertises a first-order newsletter offer, so a verified keyworker discount and a new-customer offer should be tested independently rather than assumed to stack.

Gini London ties free UK delivery to order-value thresholds rather than requiring a shipping promo code. Standard delivery is free on orders over £50, and express delivery is free on orders over £80.

The policy lists UK standard delivery below the threshold at £3.99 and express delivery at £4.99. Next-day delivery remains a paid service, with orders placed by 2pm Monday through Thursday eligible for the stated next-day service terms.

To obtain free standard delivery, add eligible products until the merchandise subtotal exceeds the published threshold before delivery charges. For free express delivery, the basket must meet the higher threshold and the express service must be selected. International delivery is priced separately, so the UK free-shipping thresholds should not be applied to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, or the UAE.
