Mojo.so Promo Codes & Coupons October 2026

Mojo.so promotions are generally tied to a specific billing structure, so an offer accepted for one term may be rejected for another. Mojo.so charges a subscription fee for access to its digital therapeutic platform, and its terms allow promotional offers to convert into paid subscriptions after the offer period ends. This means eligibility often depends on the plan you select rather than being universal across billing terms.

Check the offer's eligibility text before subscribing. If the discount fails on a different billing term, select the qualifying plan, confirm that the offer is intended for new subscriptions, and apply it before payment. A message such as "invalid," "not applicable," or "promotion cannot be applied" generally indicates a plan-term or eligibility mismatch rather than a checkout malfunction. Because Mojo.so's public terms do not state a universal rule across billing terms, treat each offer separately.

Mojo.so promotions should generally be treated as intended for an initial subscription unless the offer explicitly states that existing subscribers or recurring charges qualify. Mojo.so's terms specifically address promotional periods that convert into paid subscriptions, but do not publish a blanket renewal-discount policy.

A renewal charge normally follows the subscription terms accepted at sign-up. If a discount is rejected during renewal:

1. Check whether the promotion was limited to a new account, first payment, or introductory period.
2. Verify that the subscription has not already converted from a trial or promotional period.
3. Contact Mojo.so support to confirm whether a targeted renewal offer is attached to the account.

Mojo.so's terms note that an automatically converting trial or promotion can result in a charge unless canceled before the period ends, so review your billing status before assuming a renewal discount applies.

Mojo.so's savings most often come through introductory trial offers, reduced pricing for a longer access term, and newsletter sign-up promotions rather than a fixed catalog of open public codes. Mojo.so's public pages emphasize access to its digital therapeutic program, free-trial messaging, and annual-value pricing, and a newsletter sign-up offer has been referenced as one path to email-only deals.

Eligibility can differ by landing page, account status, billing term, and whether you have already started a trial. Mojo.so's terms indicate that a promotional offer may automatically convert to a paid subscription when the promotional period ends, unless the subscriber cancels beforehand. Before payment, review the displayed price, billing frequency, trial end date, and cancellation terms, and avoid assuming that an offer shown to a new visitor will remain available after an account has been created.

A Mojo.so promotion rejected after a trial ends is most likely tied to introductory eligibility, account status, or the change from trial billing to an active paid subscription. Mojo.so's terms indicate that a free trial or promotional period can automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends, and a previously unused offer does not necessarily remain valid after that conversion.

To troubleshoot:

1. Confirm whether the trial has already ended and a paid subscription has started.
2. Check whether the offer was restricted to new subscribers or the first payment.
3. Re-enter the discount on the same account and qualifying plan used by the offer.
4. Verify the displayed billing term and currency before submitting payment.
5. If the message says "expired," "not eligible," or "already redeemed," contact Mojo.so support with the account email and checkout error.

A rejected offer does not cancel the subscription. Mojo.so's terms separately address cancellation before the trial or promotional period ends, so handle cancellation as a distinct step if you no longer want to be charged.

Mojo.so's publicly available materials describe an individual digital therapeutic subscription and do not document a standard discounted team or multi-seat plan. Mojo.so focuses on personal access, private and personalized tools, and individual subscription billing rather than organizational seat management.

That does not rule out a private, partner, or negotiated arrangement. If multiple people need access, ask Mojo.so support whether accounts must be purchased separately and whether any organization, clinical, or referral pricing is available. Avoid assuming that an individual promotion can be multiplied across several accounts, since promotional eligibility may be limited to one account or one initial subscription. Mojo.so's terms also allow prices and promotional conditions to change, so confirm any multi-user quotation directly before purchase.
