On Running Promo Codes & Coupons October 2026

On Running promo codes usually fail on Cloud and Cloudmonster styles when the items fall into an excluded category, the cart exceeds the ID.me discount cap, or the code has expired or already been used. On Running's community discounts also cannot be combined with other promotions at checkout.

On Running's official discount programs run through ID.me, which generates single-use codes for verified communities such as students, military, and healthcare workers. The ID.me listing for On Running indicates that these discounts are capped per transaction, apply only on On.com or the On app, and exclude limited-edition, Last Season, and gift card items. If your Cloud or Cloudmonster pair is part of a Limited Edition drop or combined with Last Season or other excluded products, the code will be rejected for the whole cart.

To resolve it:

1. Remove any excluded or sale items from your cart.
2. Confirm the code is still within its 30-day validity window.
3. Reapply the code with only eligible full-price styles from On Running in your cart.

On Running's official ID.me-based discounts exclude Limited Edition products, Last Season items, and gift cards, so those categories generally do not qualify for community discount codes. These codes also do not apply when other promotions are already attached to the same items.

On Running's discount program page explains that eligible groups verify with ID.me to receive a single-use code that works on On.com or the On app. The ID.me On Running offer details specify that the community discount is not valid on limited-edition items, Last Season products, or gift cards, and that it cannot be combined with other promotions. Based on these rules, if your cart contains one excluded item, the code may fail for the entire order.

To troubleshoot, move Limited Edition, Last Season, and gift card purchases to a separate order and apply your On Running code only to qualifying full-price gear.

On Running uses ID.me to verify eligible students, military, healthcare professionals, first responders, and teachers, then issues a single-use discount code that works on qualifying purchases at On.com or in the On app. Eligible communities can generally receive a limited number of these codes each month.

On Running's official discount-program page explains the process:

1. Verify your status through ID.me using the provided link.
2. Receive your single-use discount code.
3. Enter your unique code at checkout on On.com or in the On app.

The ID.me On Running listing indicates that the offer is available in the United States and Canada and that each verified community member may receive up to two discount codes per calendar month. The codes are valid for 30 days after verification, are single-use, and are limited to online orders placed directly with On Running. If you need another code within the same month, you would wait until your monthly limit resets or a new eligibility period begins, then repeat the ID.me verification flow if prompted.

No. On Running's ID.me community discount codes cannot be stacked with other promotions and cannot be applied to Last Season or other already-discounted products. Standard shipping offers from On Running may still apply automatically, but the ID.me code itself works as the sole discount source on eligible items.

According to the ID.me On Running offer details, the community discount is valid only on qualifying purchases at On.com or in the On app and cannot be combined with other promotions. That means you cannot stack an ID.me-issued code with other promo codes, sitewide percentage offers, or additional cart-level discounts. The same ID.me documentation notes that codes are not valid on Last Season products, which already carry reduced pricing, or on Limited Edition items and gift cards. On Running's own discount-program page reinforces that shoppers receive a single-use code that is entered once at checkout.

For the best result, load your cart only with eligible full-price styles, let any automatic free shipping from On Running apply on its own, and apply your ID.me code as the only discount.

Yes. The ID.me listing for On Running indicates that community discount codes have a cart-value cap per transaction, which can cause the code to fail if your order total is above that limit. The discount also applies only on On.com or through the On app on eligible, non-excluded items.

ID.me describes the On Running offer as capped at 575 USD for United States orders and 800 CAD for Canadian orders per transaction. If your cart subtotal for eligible items goes above those amounts, the code will not apply. Orders must be placed directly through On Running's website or app for the code to work at all. There is no published minimum spend requirement in On Running's official discount description, but the value cap effectively acts as a maximum discountable cart size.

If your code is being rejected at checkout, reduce the total of your eligible items below the ID.me cap, remove any Limited Edition, Last Season, or gift card products, then reapply the On Running code.

On Running focuses on community-based ID.me discounts and product-driven pricing rather than frequent open public promo codes. Verified students, military, healthcare professionals, first responders, and teachers can access single-use online discount codes, while other shoppers mainly see savings through Last Season pricing and occasional promotions on specific styles.

On Running's official discount-program page highlights ID.me as the primary structured discount channel, where eligible communities verify and receive unique codes for use on On.com or in the On app. The ID.me offer details describe these codes as a standing benefit with clear caps, exclusions, and non-stacking rules, rather than short-lived general coupon drops. Third-party coupon sites that track On Running offers tend to reference these community discounts and price-based promotions rather than large numbers of sitewide codes, which is consistent with On Running's premium, exclusion-heavy approach.

If you are not eligible for ID.me, the most reliable savings paths at On Running are shopping Last Season collections or watching for limited-time price promotions on specific shoes and apparel categories.
