Lamberts allows only one discount code per order. Its FAQ instructs shoppers to enter a discount code in the checkout's Discount code field and select Apply, while its terms explain that vouchers generally cannot be combined with another voucher.

If checkout rejects a second code, remove the first code and decide which offer provides the greater eligible saving. Lamberts also limits some partner, referral, or charity discounts to single use and says these offers cannot be combined with discounts issued directly by Lamberts. Product-level sale pricing may remain visible, but the terms should be checked before assuming a voucher can be combined with a subscription or other promotion.

The message usually means the discount is not eligible for one or more products in the basket, rather than that the code has necessarily expired. Lamberts's terms say voucher codes may require a stated minimum spend and generally cannot be used with subscription products unless the offer says otherwise.

To troubleshoot:

1. Review the voucher's product, minimum-spend, and promotion conditions.
2. Remove subscription items and retry the code with eligible one-time products.
3. Check whether the basket already contains products on a special offer.
4. Test the code with a single qualifying supplement before rebuilding the order.

Lamberts's offers page shows rotating product-level promotions, so a code may not apply uniformly across sale items, bundles, or subscription purchases. The exact exclusion depends on the voucher's own terms.

A recently issued Lamberts voucher can still fail if it was already redeemed, has a minimum-spend condition, is restricted to a particular customer or channel, or conflicts with the items in the basket. Lamberts's terms state that a voucher becomes null and void after redemption and that Lamberts may amend promotions or discount offers.

Check the code carefully, then confirm the order meets its minimum spend and product restrictions. Remove subscription products, sale items, or another applied voucher before retrying. If the voucher came through a partner, referral, affiliate, or charity program, its single-use and non-combination rules may apply. If the error persists on a qualifying basket, contact Lamberts with the voucher source and checkout details rather than repeatedly submitting it.

Discount vouchers can be entered at checkout at Lamberts, but public materials do not establish a universal first-order, email-signup, or loyalty discount with fixed eligibility rules. Lamberts's terms instead describe offer-specific conditions, including minimum spend, single-use partner promotions, and exclusions for subscription products unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility may therefore depend on how the offer was issued. Check the email or landing-page terms for account restrictions, qualifying products, redemption limits, and any expiry date. Do not assume that a welcome or partner offer can be combined with a product promotion or another voucher. Lamberts's rotating offers page also provides direct product discounts that do not necessarily use a checkout voucher.

Lamberts publishes a dedicated delivery-information page, but the available evidence does not expose a stable free-delivery threshold or confirm a universal delivery voucher. Shipping eligibility should be checked against the current delivery policy and the destination shown at checkout.

For an order that appears to miss free delivery, verify the delivery address, basket subtotal, and whether discounts are calculated before or after shipping eligibility. A product voucher may reduce the qualifying subtotal, and a delivery promotion may be restricted by region, product type, or promotional period. Because Lamberts can amend promotions and discount offers, the checkout total and current delivery terms take priority over older promotional listings.
