The Brush Guys Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Usually, no. The Brush Guys' terms state that promotional codes may not be combined unless the issuance terms explicitly allow it. Automatic sale pricing and qualifying free-shipping offers can remain in the cart, but a promo code may be rejected when another promotion is already applied.

The Brush Guys lists close-out and sale merchandise with prices already reduced, along with free-brush offers tied to purchase thresholds. Free shipping is applied automatically at the merchant's stated threshold. If checkout displays an error such as "promo code cannot be combined," remove the code first, then compare the order total with and without it.

To test the options, empty any manually entered discount, confirm whether the free gift remains eligible, and then enter the code once. Keep the combination that produces the lower final total after shipping and any qualifying gift restrictions.

The Brush Guys promo codes may be refused when the cart contains merchandise that is already discounted or covered by a separate promotional condition. The Brush Guys' terms state that promotional codes are subject to their issuance conditions and generally cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

This matters because The Brush Guys maintains a dedicated close-out section with products already marked down, including brushes discounted by substantial percentages. The store also identifies Brush Guys Exclusive merchandise separately, including products connected with automatic free-gift offers. A checkout message such as "promo code cannot be combined" or an unchanged order total usually indicates an exclusion or competing promotion, not necessarily an invalid code.

Remove close-out or exclusive items temporarily and retry the code with a regular-price item. If it applies only after those products are removed, the cart contains an excluded category. If it still fails, check the code's stated expiration, minimum purchase, product restrictions, and account eligibility.

At The Brush Guys, "promo code cannot be combined" means the entered code conflicts with another discount or promotion already attached to the order. The Brush Guys' terms state that promotional codes may not be combined unless the applicable offer specifically says otherwise.

The competing promotion may be a sale price, a close-out item, a Brush Guys Exclusive offer, or an automatic free-gift promotion. The Brush Guys' catalog includes both discounted close-outs and threshold-based gifts, so the cart can contain a promotion even when no separate code was entered.

Resolve the message by removing the manually entered code, reviewing the automatic savings, and comparing the final subtotal, shipping charge, and gift eligibility. Then test the code in a cart containing one eligible regular-price product. There is no universal priority rule published in the available terms, so the checkout result and the offer's issuance conditions determine which benefit remains.

First confirm whether the free gift is an automatic threshold promotion or whether its terms permit an additional promo code. The Brush Guys lists free-brush offers tied to minimum purchase amounts in its Brush Guys Exclusive section. Its terms also state that promotional codes generally cannot be combined unless explicitly authorized.

Use this sequence:

1. Add qualifying merchandise and confirm the gift appears automatically.
2. Check that the merchandise subtotal still meets the required threshold after exclusions or adjustments.
3. Enter the promo code once.
4. If checkout reports "promo code cannot be combined," remove the code and compare the automatic gift with the code discount.
5. If the gift disappears, verify that the cart still meets the threshold and that the offer's conditions allow the selected products.

The free gift and promo code should not be assumed to stack. The offer-specific terms control, and The Brush Guys may modify or discontinue promotional conditions.

Yes. The Brush Guys provides a separate bulk-order process for customers who need quantity pricing, rather than requiring every large order to use a public promo code. Its bulk-order page states that the merchant accepts orders of any size and asks shoppers to submit an inquiry for bulk-order discounts, with a response promised within two business days.

For a large purchase, contact The Brush Guys through the bulk-order inquiry form before placing the order. Include the products, quantities, delivery location, and desired timing so the merchant can evaluate the request. A negotiated bulk discount may not behave like a checkout code, and the available terms do not establish that it can be combined with sale pricing, free gifts, or another promotional code.

This route is especially relevant when the cart contains close-outs or other already-discounted merchandise. Ask whether the quoted bulk price replaces existing promotions, then compare the written quote with the normal checkout total before completing the purchase.
