How to Use the SimplyCodes Browser Extension

Most coupon extensions scrape codes and hope they work. SimplyCodes is built differently. How it works

At a high level, SimplyCodes does three things:

• Shop normally. Browse any store and add items to your cart. SimplyCodes runs silently in the background with no popups, no interruptions, no tracking your browsing.
• We test at checkout. When you reach checkout, SimplyCodes checks its verified database for working codes. Each code carries a Confidence Score showing how sure we are it will work right now.
• Save with confidence. SimplyCodes scores every code on real verification data, community feedback, and expected savings. The best codes rise to the top. Click. Apply. Save.

Step 1: Install the extension

The SimplyCodes extension is available on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

1. Head to your browser's extension store and add SimplyCodes.
2. Once it's installed, pin it to your toolbar so the icon stays visible while you shop. This keeps code-checking one click away on any site.

Step 2: Open it on any store

There's nothing to turn on or search for.

1. Browse to any store's website as you normally would.
2. Look for the SimplyCodes icon in your toolbar.
3. Click the icon to see the codes currently available for that store.

Step 3: Read the data on each code

When you open the extension on a store page, every code comes with the data you need to judge it before you try it.

• Top Pick. The code performing best across our verification engine and shopper base right now, where to start.
• Confidence Score. Every code shows a 0–100 score based on automated testing, human verification, and real-time fleet signal. You see exactly how confident we are before trying it.
• Success rate. The percentage showing how often the code has actually worked for other shoppers.
• Last used. How recently the code last succeeded, down to how many days ago, so you can gauge whether it's still live.
• Restrictions, detected upfront. Minimum order amounts, product exclusions, new-customer-only rules. We detect and display these conditions before you try a code, not after it fails.
• Confidence labels. As you scroll, each code is labeled by likelihood of working, high confidence, mixed results, or low (which usually means the code has already expired). We'd rather tell you a code is dead than let you chase it.
• Community comments. Shoppers leave notes on codes: a restriction we may have missed, a heads-up on expiration, or a tip for stacking extra savings.

Step 4: Apply a code at checkout

Once you've picked a code:

1. Click the code to copy it to your clipboard.
2. At checkout, paste it into the promo code field.

The scores and labels you rely on are fed partly by outcomes from shoppers like you. After you try a code:

Verified codes, not scraped guesses
