Each code carries a Health Score from 0–100, weighted by checkout outcomes, verifier consensus, and recency. With an estimated 40–60% of coupon codes on the public web dead, restricted, or fake, the system exists so a code earns its place by working at checkout, not by being collected.
How this study is built. We count, for each home improvement store, the distinct promo codes currently verified working (Health Score 67 or higher — the green bar) and rank stores by that count, breaking ties by shopper search demand. The category is the SimplyCodes home improvement grouping; a store makes the board with 3 or more working codes and real shopper demand, so every count is earned at volume. Data-quality outliers are excluded: stores with implausible code inflation (more than 500 codes in a month) are dropped before ranking.
